A Sedentary Lifestyle
If you spend most of the day sitting, this can cause your circulation to slow down. If you have poor circulation, this can stop your skin from getting the oxygen it needs to continually produce new skin cells. This will cause your skin to lose some of its firmness, making it sag and wrinkle. Be sure to do a regular exercise routine.
Although exercising is very important for wrinkle reduction, try to avoid doing intense running. When you’re running, less oxygen flows to your face because your body needs to use that extra oxygen for support. Since your face isn’t getting the oxygen it needs, the elasticity of the fibers in your face will weaken. Try doing moderate workouts, like slow jogging, walking, yoga, or Pilates.
Drinking through a Straw
Repetitive movements in your face can often lead to wrinkles and fine lines. This includes drinking through a straw. When you drink through a straw, it can cause wrinkles to form around your mouth.
Not Removing Makeup
If you tend to go to sleep with your makeup on, this could be what’s causing your wrinkles. The makeup will clog your pores, and it will also trap pollutants. These pollutants can cause damage to the elastin and collagen in your skin, which will in turn create more wrinkles and fine lines.
